I was just cruising craigs list and I am very bad about knowing what is what... This would be an awesome deal if I can get my hands on it, but I am unware or unsure if it will even fit the camera I plan on buying..

I plan on getting the new Pentax K‑3 advice please, and I thank you in advance..

From what I am seeing it only will fit the 35 MM pentax... I am not sure what these lenses are..

It would help all the helpful people here to inform us exactly what the Craigslist listing says about them.


The K-3 (and all the other Pentax bodies) can mount all the K-mount lenses ever made, with pre-auto diaphragm lenses having 'green button' use. Note: there are a few cautions - such as certain Ricoh lenses with a pin (others will give details).


Also, the K-mount was designed to enable mounting all the earlier M42 mount lenses using a simple adapter - original Pentax is best.

If it fit Pentax film cameras, it will fit the K-3. Link us and we'll let you know for sure!

Just depends :
Some 3rd party K mount lenses need to be modified to fit Digital bodies ...
If its Pentax K mount ( Pentax ) , it will work just fine ..

If the lenses arent listed, its probably not a very good deal.
But all K-mount lenses will fit. Of course, if they were made before autofocus was invented, they wont have autofocus, and so on.
