HD-DA Rear converter 1.4x - could it be used with FA lenses?

There's one point I'm not sure about - could the new "HD Pentax-DA AF Rear Converter 1.4x AW" be used (not only with DA, but also) with FA (F) lenses?

While I believe that you can use it with all DA lenses, except DA15 / 21 / 40 (but there's probably no reason to pair the converter with such wide lenses...), what about FA lenses?

Some FA lenses are listed. It looks like the ones still available are listed. Plus they show some that should not be used.

Missing from the chart however are the ones most likely to be used such as the FA*300 or FA*400. I think you can look at the rear element of a lens while running through the full focus or zoom movement and see if the rear element comes close to the mount. If it does then I would be concerned, if not then there should be no conflict.

I uses it regularly with FA*600f4, FA*300f2.8. With the FA*400f5.6, IQ is terrible. I think it can be used with any FA lens faster than f4.5
