I keep my camera bodies on one shelf and lenses on other shelves, so nothing is mounted until I go out and shoot.

It’s like getting dressed in the morning, pick a body & lens for the day.

K50 DA 50 f 1.8 (this is the car/work camera - the two DAL kit lenses are in the bag with it as well)

I'll start:
DA 18-135 on my K-30
Aetna Rokunar 28mm f2.8 (M42) on my K-x (an odd but really quite remarkable lens)

Pentax D100Super - Pentax FA31
Panasonic GH4 - Panasonic 12-35 2.8

K5iis has a FA 20-35 on it. It used to be whichever of the 15/35/70 I had used last. Now the zoom fits on camera better.
MZ7 has a body cap on and the MZ5N is sitting on a shelf with a M28 2.8 for show. I would bet my wife's K5 has the 16-45 on it has it is almost welded on ☺

500 CM has a body cap with a zone plate lens on it as it is in the small bag which doesn't allow a mounted lens otherwise it would be the 100 Planar.
