More likely an SDM issue. If it didn't lock the MF mechanism and the lens can be "hacked" for screw-drive AF, would this be worth it for $275?

It wasn't me, honestly. I wish! The seller is in Denver - so as Pentax HQ. I wonder if these are warranty replacements that somehow got routed here for whatever reason. Seller had more than just (broken) DA*. He/She was selling K-x, K-30 with issues at around $60 each.

Also had a bunch of WG2&3 models "for parts" in addition to the lot for $2500. Might be someone that bought them from PentaxHQ. I wonder if the screwdrive in each of them works?

I saw that $275 "Buy Now" posting since 7AM this morning. I think I may have "helped" him by putting it here on the forum. Keep an eye on the seller because that Lot of 8 DA* wasn't there this afternoon so he just posted it. He should put them here on marketplace.
