Newer versions of Chevy vs. GMC - share all or most of the frame/body/powertrain components, but have different trim/body panels/grill/interior components (to a certain degree).

And those newer trucks are still generally considered rebadged...splitting hairs...

As does the Bower 14mm, which also lists a different angle of view (114 instead of 115.7 like all the others including the Vivitar). So remnants of an old version still in the specs? It is all a jumble, but they are all the same lens (at least if you buy it new if old version does exist)...

Thanks everyone for sharing your knowledge and opinions. I'll just go for the cheapest one then, test it and see if I like it. The 30 day return/exchange policy with BH or Adorama should let me do this without loosing sleep over buying the lens.
