16-50 hangs pretty well

So i was doing some comparisons with my 16-50 and my DFA 50 2.8 Macro (a lens which is the sharpest i have had the pleasure to own.) Although the prime handily whoops he zoom in edge to edge and corner sharpness, i gotta say that center resolution on the DA* is really quite good compared to the prime. Here are two both shot at 2.8.

Very subtle differences indeed. Both very pleasing. Would have been interesting to see how the two lenses handle a less uniform background.

Both look very good. I think you should take some photos that show off the bokeh of both lenses....as well as perhaps an outdoor shot or two.
