It's very rare for something in the lens to end up visible, but if in doubt change lenses and do the dust test suggested by baro-niite (a white area on a computer monitor also makes a good test subject). If it's still there, definitely on the sensor (I agree with everyone that this looks like sensor dust though
).
Before your blowers arrive, try running your cameras Dust Removal feature a few times. It's under the wrench icon in the menus. You can also set this to run every time you turn the camera on (or off with your k30) to
hopefully get stuff you don't notice. There's no guarantee this will remove a given piece of debris on your sensor, but it's worth a go.
Try not to stress about it. It's easy enough to clone out in post processing and your blowers will take care of most dust that turns up
