Well, CyberPhoto - Digitalkameror, videokameror och fototillbeh is having a 20% discount on Samyang lenses only today...
Couldn't resist to buy the new Fisheye lens...
Hopefully it will arrive soon. Maybe in a week or so as they didn't have any in stock.
Will post sample pictures here asap

Cheers

Interesting lens! Almost uniquely, it uses stereographic projection, which should give the fisheye images a different look. Interested to see your images. Important to note that this is a FF lens, so future-proof for Pentaxians looking to follow that route.

I was in Stockholm all week, but didn't know about this sale.

Yeah it was pure luck that I went to their homepage today. Been seeing good result with this lens for Nikon mount and I am sure it will be good on my K-3 and even better on the future FF.

Hmm, nice Sun star!

There seems to be some colour artefact in the sky in the second image, distinct steps in hue. Is that due to saving the image with few bits?

I'm wondering why you're shooting at f/11, especially in the 2nd shot. Isn't the depth of field sufficient at wider apertures? By the way, how does it perform wide open?

At work now. Will try to add more pictures later. Hopefully I can try to do a few shoots from F2.8-F22

Edit: ahh second shoot. My puppy was not happy sitting around so I forgot I had it set at F11and the colour artefact is from saving the image with few bits. It's not there at original photo
