Quiz: Identify the lens:Da* 55 vs -F 50mm
A small quiz for you all: Find which lens is which: -F 50mm 1.4 vs DA* 55mm f1.4 shot @ f1.6 (similarly compressed image, no PP) shot on the same couch inches and minutes apart.

+1 ... these purplish whiskers are really giving away that F in the 1st one for me .. but! I might be wrong :P

Okay, I got it wrong. But it's strange how strong the PF is on the DA* 55.

how do you know which is which for sure - they hasn't been revealed yet

I'm going on a limb here, as there's not a whole lot to go on..

I'd like to 'guess' that picture #1 is F 50 f/1.4 only due to extra CA/PF that shouldn't exist in the DA* lens.

Agree, #2 is DA55 and #1 is FA

Thanks for the submissions, I'd recommend using Firefox when viewing the pictures, it has better graphic acceleration than Chrome (you can see more detail)
