But but but they say... the DA 35 2.4 is so not exciting... a boring, flat lens, isn't it? Then why do I like it so much?

OK so I am sure that it should not be called a "prime". But it is not a zoom either I bought one of these pinhole body cap things. The first photo is with a tripod. The second is handheld at ISO 6400. Honestly the high ISO is kind of interesting. Anyway just another photographic adventure. I can remember when I was a kid I made a pinhole camera out of a 126 cartridge. I assume the black spots are something on the plastic membrane that makes it "dustless".

I love the silo picture, and how those silos that have outlasted their once-partnered barns can take on the look of Medieval towers at certain times of day or in certain kinds of atmosphere, almost bringing back actor Tony Curtis's famous line from one of his early swashbuckler films:
