K20D with Rokinon 10mm f/2.8. This really shows how whacked out the lines can get. I tinkered with this one quite a bit. There was a little barrel distortion that I never noticed before, probably stood out because of the long poles.  | |

we brought home a dozen chicks in March, with the hope that some day we would have our egg layers... yesterday:   all of our hens are brown-egg layers, so this is compared to 'city' eggs... my wife is so proud... | |

Common Blue (male)  This is part of a 14-image series of butterfly photos taken between 2018-07-06 and 2018-08-02. All were with the K-1 and DA*300; 9 of them were taken within the space of an hour, in an area about 240x80m, and are of 8 different species, with a couple more species being taken in the same area during the next few weeks. The rest were at various times and places in Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire and Surrey. Rather than spam a single thread with all 14 images, I thought it would be fun to post them in different threads and provide a link from one to the next.
