I submit the attached photograph as evidence that I do not need more lenses, and that I am near the end of my quest for the perfect lens.
But I don't see a Voigtlander Nokton 58mm F1.4, a Voigtlander 90mm F3.5 APO Lanthar SLii, a Voigtlander Macro APO-Lanthar 125mm f2.5, or a Voigtlander 180mm f/4 APO-Lanthar SL.

Those are a few of the lens that I would consider acquiring if I were not completely finished with buying lenses. I might check them out on eBay . . . just out of curiosity.

Those four lenses are not on my 'wish' list. Instead, they comprise my 'lust' list, knowing I'll never own them. Puff, how sad.

Could this be one of the lenses you are referring to?

Definitely, however, I would be cautious with that particular lens with its haze issue. The seller is just up the road from me (Ann Arbor,MI) and has it listed for lower price on craigslist.

Thanks for the cautionary note. I generally do not buy anything with an admitted fault under the theory that there may be more unadmitted faults!

Samples with Kiron 28mm f 2.0

I have read that the Kiron 28mm f 2.0 lens is basically the same as the Minolta 28mm f 2.8 for which I posted photos earlier today on this same thread, even though maximum apertures are different. Anyway, the Kiron version is in K-mount, no adapter.

This made me smile. Not LOL, but rather subtly and peacefully smile...

Any ways we can get the same subject and same time shots of both (especially since you're using that MD adapter...)
