Quick K 35mm comparison. Tripod mounted and 2 sec self timer, SOOC with the same settings. Apart from the very slight field of view difference I can't see much between these two lenses

Nope that was done in camera. You'd have to create an adapter to do it. Commonly done with cutout inserts.
