Slow aperture on Takumar 35mm....does it matter ?

I picked up a camera bag today at a yardsale for $25. Had three nice looking Super-Multi Coated Takumars with cases...... 35mm 3.5...50mm 1.4.... and a 135mm 3.5
The 35mm has slow opening blades the others are fine. It stops down promptly with pin , but visibly slow and sluggish opening back up.

My question is this....I shoot landscapes mainly and have used slow apertures on lenses before with no effect at all on exposure. When is it prudent to have a lens serviced for slow opening diaphram ? It stops down fine , but slow on opening.

Nothing is shot fast , just single shots with time in between for the blades to open fully again. Having a hard time justifying a servicing or not. Should I just keep shooting.....or service ?

I hear people saying my lens is sticky and its affecting exposure ? Why isn't this happening with an obvious visibly slow opening diaphram ?

Feel rather lost because I think ......how is this going to affect exposure as long as it opens back up and I don't shoot fast ?

Is/does it affect exposure only when it stops opening or cant open fast enough for the next shot ? Feel lost on this subject.....any advice ?

Screw mount lenses on DSLR - not a big deal, you treat them like presets (focus wide open, stop down, meter, make photo). If you plan to shoot on an Auto Film M42 body (one that actuates the pin in A or Auto position) then it will matter (your exposures will be over because the blades will not stop down to the correct aperture).
