A re-engineered M135/3.5 to a FA135/3.5limited would do.

A 135mm would be great. F2.8 would be very nice but even F3.5 or F4 would be good.

I want more primes being primes. We have 31 and 43. how about 17, 23, 53, 87, and 131? Or an ultra wide 11?
You know what the perfect focal length would be? A 28.

True. But I reckon 42 would be the answer for everything.

Now that Pentax stepped-up and is offering the 70-200mm, what lenses would you like to see round up the lens line-up. I'm basically talking about prime lenses, but I mentioned the 70-200 because of it's popularity with photographers. I was thinking maybe a 135mm f2 Limited(made of steel).
The following FF lenses will complete a base package for Pentax

1. Non-fisheye 14 or 15 f2.8
2. 20 or 21mm f2.8
3. 15-30 or 16-35 f2.8
4. 24-70 f2.8

Others lenses of f1.4 variety or long telephoto lenses will be nice bonuses. But at least with the current available prime and zoom lenses and the lenses listed from 1-4, Pentax shooters can tackle most shooting assignments except a few specialized area such as sports (need fast long lenses) or architecture (need PC lenses).

In that case I'm somewhat covered:
1. I have the DA14 so I would have to use it in crop-mode. Both the DA14 and the DA15 would have to be completely redesigned for FF.
2. I have a FF lens in the A24/2.8. There was the FA20/2.8 once. Maybe a HD DFA20/2.8?
3. I own the Sigma EX15-30. FF compatible.
4. I own the Sigma 24-60/2.8. FF compatible.

Supplied with a free towel and Douglas Adams' signature on the box. Should go down well with the hitch-hiking crowd.

I think OP was asking about Pentax made lenses. Yes you are covered as is. You have a nice lineup of lenses. BTW, I did own the Sigma 15-30 in my Canon days and enjoyed it a lot.

On the other hand, if Tamron offered their current 15-30, 24-70 and the 70-200 in Pentax mount, I would buy them and never look back. I owned the 24-70 f2.8 VC for my Canon about two years ago and it was a sharp pro grade lens.

with Adam on this. fast 1.4 prime, I don't mind the size.

24mm f1.4
35mm f1.4
135mm f1.8

(50mm f1.4, and 85mm f1.4 is not that urgent since one still can get it)

Canon and Nikon both offer high quality yet affordable 85mm 1.8 primes. Anyone that does portraits knows how important those are. Pentax must offer them ASAP.

Other than that... what everybody else said - 24 1.4, a new 50 1.2, 135/2 or 135/2.8, 180 or 200 2.8 macro, bring back the 35/2 and the 28 2.8 (31 is not a substitute because of cost).

I'll take an updated FA Limited 20mm. Combine that with the 31mm, 43mm, and 77mm FA Limited and you have a complete kit for APS that works great on film too.
