Manual lens mount anybody do?

I use the m42 to k adapter. I take that little spring and screw off. I put thread locker to connect the adapter to the lens. Works great.

believe I have read of some folks doin that.....I have not as I have not acquired those types of lenses, yet

Rather common practice with people that have and use many screwmount lenses. Removing the screw and spring clip is good practice with most of the cheap knockoff adapters.
