Just curious if a forum member got the M*300 F4 on eBay yesterday that was part of a bundle. Anyone else saw that auction? I didn't bid on it but it went from about $54 to $340+ in the last five seconds! Congratulations and enjoy the lens!

Wasn't me.....I was going to bid and missed it ! Ebay may as well have a 7 day viewing and a 15 second auction. The last 10 seconds is when all the action happens anyway. There isn't much that is going to go un noticed on ebay !

The adrenaline of bidding usually jacks up the winning bid, too. I remember the “For parts not working| - focus issue” DA* / FA Limited liquidation sale early this year had loads of DA*16-50 winning bids between $275- $350.. Then the same seller puts a $300 Buy-Now 16-50 with the same description and nobody bought it...

People Just Like the thrill and chance of bidding ! Some items go higher than exact same ones with a Buy It Now price....I Love auctions and the adrenaline does get going the last few seconds.
