No. He means the A 400. He doesn't have a FA. In combination with the F 1.7 TC it should AF, but F5.6 would need a lot of light to do so. The F 1.7 was designed for F4 or faster lenses...

And it doesn't work on my A-400 ƒ5.6 . Works great on my 60-250 ƒ4 or DA 200 ƒ2.8 though.
