Wow, those were truly dangerous conditions for kids to be playing football in, you are right, they shouldve cancelled.

I am a proponent of the 16-85mm lens, but clearly the last shot with the 18-135mm back-focused judging by the in-focus leaf below the flower.

OK. I posted my photo to the wrong thread, but can we have titles which are not identical except for just a few digits? This seems almost designed to be confusing.

You post pictures like that and claim you took them with a camera worth more than $25.

That lens must be defective. Send it back.

And that's my benevolent analysis.

You don't want to hear the nasty one.

I have images taken with my FA-J-18-35, my worst lens that are better than that.

Or even better look at my 35mm thread, I don't have a 16-85 but based on what's there, my guess is it's pretty average.
