I have been neglecting this thread. Awhile I back I shot an entire car show with the 16-85 and the K3.

My father standing next to car that he once owned when he was younger. He will be 90 soon and walked for five hours non stop during this car show.

I forgot about this thread also. This lens spends quite a bit of time on my camera when traveling. I love it.

VERY thick clouds on Conception Bay, but interesting lighting though quite dark. Near sun did break through a few times. Love the clarity of this lens for outdoors. All taken from sailboat (motoring due to no wind) on the water. Paired w/ K-70.

There is a track on Coombe Heath, part of the Arne Nature Reserve in Dorset, where the territories of several dragonflies are routinely contested.
With a little patience, you can get very close, especially to the vanquished...
