The baffle is the metal "shield" that looks like a shark fin beside the rectangle sticking out of the back of the lens. The rectangle operates the aperture blades. The shields of some lenses can be too large and run into things inside the open space behind the mount ring in the camera body. However another user has mentioned that they do not have any problem mounting the same lens on their camera.
The ricoh pin is a pin on some Ricoh k mount lenses that can get stuck in the screw that drives the lens focusing on autofocus lenes without an internal motor. The pin seen on this lens appears fairly rounded and is not likely a problem but could be removed to be sure that the lens doesn't get stuck ON the mount. That pin has nothing to do with not being able to mount the lens.
