Hi, my 60-250 is in need of repair. I am hesitant to use Precision but came across camerafix.com. They are in Georgia, a subsidiary of camera repair japan and have fast (claimed) service and reasonable prices (same as precision for the flat rate repair.).

Any body heard or used this company?

No but KEH does excellent repair and are reasonable.

KEH was my first choice, but when I talked with them they said they probably couldn't fix the lens because of proprietary software, which they don't have. My suspicion is Precision, or someplace in Japan are my only options. If it needs parts, Japan may be faster
