Focus scale repair

Hi
I have a 28 2.8 M lens, the other day when I was using it the focus scale came loose and spins independently of the focus ring. The lens still works, but you can't use the hyperfocal system with it. Can this be repaired, I think it looks like it's just a metal ring that was glued to the focus ring the trick would be getting it lined back up properly.

Thank you

Evan

Dcshooter, thanks. I'll take a look at fixing it when I get a chance. It's a great lens, that I got from my Grandpa when he gave me his K1000, so I'd like to fix it.
