my next purchase would be the 55-300 (the HD WR version with quickshift)
My budget is really low, and i've settled with and am content with a K-30, Tamron 17-50 f/2.8, and Pentax HD DA 55-300. I do have the kit lens as well for WR, and a Pentax M 50 1.7 prime - fully manual lens, but since i'm cheap, it was a perfect purchase.

For you, I would recommend the Pentax DA* 60-250 f/4 for the telephoto zoom, its amazing. That said, the HD DA 55-300 is a killer lens for the price of around $300. Up to you!
One thing i don't think anyone else has mentioned, is Pentax also makes a really good, if a bit expensive, HD 1.4x WR Teleconvertor - you might be interested in that to extend your zoom range. I wouldn't recommend it with the HD DA 55-300, because that lens is slow, and because it is a consumer zoom it would not be good to pair it with a TC... but it would work wonderfully with the DA* 60-250, making it a... 85 to 350? or with the DA* 50-135, making that a... 75 to 190?

The Tamron 70-200 would be good for portraits, but a bit long... the DA* 55 would be good, perhaps the D-FA 100mm macro?
Sigma makes a good 10-20 f/3.5 wide angle lens

Just some thoughts

16-85 would do 90% of your landscape needs, 60-250 for wildlife (except birds)
or for more coverage, 12-24 + 20-40 + 60-250
The 16-85 is awesome. I'm a prime person (and bought the 16-85 in a kit with my K3 II only because I didn't have a WR lens) and it's converted me to using zooms for landscape work.

For an ultrawide I'd probably recommend one of the Sigmas (8-16mm or 10-20mm) over the 12-24. With the 16-85 (or 18-135) you'll get more mileage out of the extra width of those than the extra length of the 12-24 (especially since both of the standard zooms are at their best around the 24mm mark).

No 50-135? Same high quality as the 60-250 (I can't tell shots taken with mine apart); but light enough to hand hold for extended periods, and internal zoom as well as internal focus.

whatever you do, consider buying them used. You'll probably get twice as many lenses for your money.
Well worth considering, but make sure you buy used from a retailer like B&H rather than off eBay / the marketplace here (and don't buy an old one) - the 16-50 and 50-135 had the worst of the SDM reliability problems, particularly when they were first released. For those two in particular you want the backup of being able to return / repair a bad copy.
