FREE Pentax M50 f2

About a month back or so Dlanor Sekao gave away a free lens on here. I like his style and so I will follow suit. I have an M50 f2 in great shape collecting dust (too many 50s...not enough time to use them all).

Like Dlanor I'd like it to go to someone who needs it and will use it and not someone with too many lenses already that it sits like it does in my collection. Tell me why you need it and I'll decide in the next couple days who gets it...I will ship it free of charge to you on Monday.

And who knows...I may throw in additional swag like Dlanor did when I go through my equipment to box it up and ship it out!

this is the sort of thing that makes me smile - the community here doing what it does.... passing on the good fortune from one member to another...

I do not need the M50 (already have an M50, A50, DA50, etc) but I hope it finds a good and grateful home....

OMG I could really use! I just recently started up a YouTube channel but my camera videos are horrible because I dropped & broke my camera lense so I have to use my phone. I'd really like to be considered for the lense please.

Hello. My name is Wendy and I would love to be considered for this free lens. I have recently decided to go into the photography business, and so far I am having a slow influx in business (no customers Lol). The only thing I have at the moment is a kit lens (which I am finding extra difficult to work with). If I am awarded this free lens, I promise that when I am in a better financial situation, I will also pay the lens forward to a person in need on the Pentax forum. Thank you for your time and generosity.

I must say this is very good iniciative !
Maby in time more people would do that, some lenses are cheap but they have sentimental value. especially if you know that lense you get is from person who wanted you to have it
I would really use this lense. I have DA 50mm f1.8, but would use this lense for film and macro purposes. When i became pentaxian i have a dream to try film photography using pentax me super or other vintage pentax camera.
Oh, and i think jwc77 should make condition that if person who gets the lense and gets bored, do not put it in the drawer or darkest corner but give it away someone else who needs it for free.

I love my 50's. My 18 year old nephew just bought his first camera: A K50. I'd love to get him started on manual primes, but we are a thousand miles and an ocean apart.....

I have my m 50mm f2 at home and never use it but rare use landscape. M 50mm f2 is a good landscape. Not portrait.
