sticky aperture blades on Helios 58mm

The aperture blades on my Helios 58mm 44M-6 lens have become sticky, they won't close as I turn the aperture ring. I was thinking about cleaning it myself. Has anyone experience with opening it? Tips, tricks, suggestions?
