There is one of these on eBay which is only 18 months old which will probably go cheap.... anybody own one and your thoughts? Anybody ever tried one? What was it like?

f4.5-6.3 is a bit sloppy but at 400mm f6.3 is acceptable.

I am asuming that at 300mm it would be arounf f5.6-5.8?
