Does the k20d allow custom AF adjustment for the AF 1.7x Teleconverter?

Specifically, with a non-Pentax lens (or m42? etc) attached to the teleconverter.

Should.
Any of the - Pentax Tags

each row is each lens. Except special rows like:
'3 27' = smc PENTAX-F 28-80mm F3.5-4.5 or Tokina Lens
'3 27.1' = Tokina AT-X Pro AF 28-70mm F2.6-2.8
this is one lens with ID "3 27", so you can either adjust for pentax 28-80 or Tokina 28-70
