That's what is says on Amazon Discount Warehouse by the one they have for sale, says "Discontinued Item," or some such.

Says (Discontinued by Manufacturer)

Anyone verify this one way or another?

There are a number of Amazon merchants that regularly offer lenses and camera as "discontinued" even though they are widely available through normal channels. In my opinion, such offers are a red flag indicating an unscrupulous vendor.
