I was sifting through Richo's new online lens brochure since the old link does not work anymore and I noticed they have the wrong picture for the 35mm f2.4...

The right picture is there in my browser...if you click on DA.

But they have 2 listings, and 1 has the picture of the SMC DA 35 Ltd.

But I hadn't even noticed they added most of the lenses that had been missing.

If you click on DA there are 2 listings...in fact, you don't even have to click on DA. Just scroll down...

They have the 35mm 2.4 AL listed twice at the same price. One has the Macro pic, the other has the correct pic. The correct one is further down.

I know...

I contacted them in the chat and got this:

Thank you for contacting Ricoh Chat, how may we help you

You should get your stuff together on your US website. This lens here: PENTAX DA 35mm f/2.4 AL | Ricoh Imaging has the name of the DA 35mm/2.4, photo of the DA Ltd 35mm/2.8 Macro and specs of the DA 16-85/3.5-5.6. Whoever designed this website was terrible, even I could have done a better job!
Paul C.
I would be happy to let the Corporate office know about this
Me
Thank you.
Paul C.
not a problem , Thank you for the input
But will he actually do that? And would the corporate office even read anything he sends?

You were likely chatting with a bot.
