I just own one genuine Pentax adapter, which I bought from my local dealer

If you can't get them locally I would imagine that B&H Photo can get one for you, although I haven't tried.

Personally I wouldn't get anything other than a Genuine adapter for my Pentax system. The others may or may not set the lens out too far, which is when it looses infinity.
Plus some of them get stuck on the camera. They can always eventually be removed from what I can tell, but it isn't nice.

edit, if you can't find one locally why not ask Jsherman if he has a spare he'd like to sell. Or if there's a store he can get one from easily.
If I was to sell one of my screwmounts I'd be more than willing to help the guy out like that, although if I had to run out for a replacement I might charge him the new price for it.

I agree with getting the genuine article......I too have heard stories about non-Pentax adapters getting stuck.

You won't need more than one, as unlike the old Tamron multi mount system, you can't have one on each of your M42 lenses, due to the fact that there is a tab to depress to remove the adapter to go back to K mount.

I also agree that you'll get hooked on m42 glass. Best IQ for the money in the game....and I don't even have the most sought after pieces. 55/200/300 Taks and a 135 Vivitar and they all rock!
