Heh, I just ordered a Takumar-A 70-210mm on ebay, seeing that our DB literally has no info (elements, weight, photos) for this lens.

I plan to dismantle it to find out. Should be interesting!

645 mount
smc Pentax-A 645 80-160mm F4.5 - has 8 blades (lens no. 4053904)

6x7 mount
smc Pentax-6x7 500mm F5.6 - also has 8 blades (lens no. 8247030)
BTW - the weight given in the grey table for this lens is wrong. The table says 1430 g, but my lens weighs in at 2960 grams without front and rear covers (3010 grams with covers).
The lens comes with a special black case with its name on the lid. The case has a D-shaped cross-section to accommodate the tripod mount.

Thanks! I've made a note about the case, though I don't believe that field is currently visible in our data tables.
