Zenitar 50mm 0.95

hey guys hope all is well.
some of you may know that zenitar lenses are being brought back to life with a very interesting lineup (none for the k-mount though).
one go the lenses that really got me was their new 50mm 0.95 manual prime. it is built for the sony e-mount (surprise!!!) but the rep said they are pondering about introducing it in different mounts.
so my question is how many of you here might be interested as the factory is literally 30 minute drive from me and i've got a friend working there as well. i can try and negotiate k-mount option if the demand is there.
they said that the price is not gonna be more than 500$.

attached is a wide open shot with a 100% crop.

let me know what you think.
thanks.

Unfortunately this lens is designed for short register distance mirrorless cameras, so it's not possible to convert it to K-mount. It's the short register distance that made the 50/0.95 possible at a reasonable price.
K-mount would need a complete new optical formula to work with the longer register distance, but 50 mm f/0.95 is difficult to use on DSLR.

I think that this could be a very nice lens. If there would be any chance for K-mount version, I'd buy one.

My A 50mm f1.2 needs some "state of the art" company.

I don't know what format is Sony, but their new 50mm f1.2 is for the crop sensor. It would be great to have such a lens in k mount for the full frame sensor, but I don't know if it is technically possible...

I reckon anything is possible given enough money, size and weight. You may need to add at least a hundred dollars to whatever it costs for a decent enough filter of the appropriate size, because I have trouble believing such a thing on K mount would be small at the front element.

Zenitar seems to have a new FF 50/1.2 coming for DSLR, but it looks to larger and heavier than the 50/0.95 for mirrorless. Maybe it will come for Pentax K-mount.

They do have a 50mm f1.2 in Cannon and Nikon mounts, but it is for a crop sensor. Sorry, couldn't find the English version...
