Are zooms out of the question? My Sigma 18-35mm f/1,8 Art have impressive low coma, large aperture and have sharpness like a stack of good primes. A lovely lens for astrophoto and aurora. A little heavy for general walkaround use, but when it sits on a tripod that isn't a concern.

Heck, no. The Sigma 18-35 essentially is a prime in every respect (other than heft, which isn't a factor, obviously). Exceptions to every rule...
