I agree, this lens is a beauty for the price. Mine is tack sharp.

135's fell out of favour somewhat due to most people tending to use zooms today. It's definitely worth investing in one of these though. Along with a 28mm, and a 50mm fixed to your camera what else could you need for an average day's shooting?

The extremely compact size of this 135mm is also surprising. IRC it's the smallest 135 ever made for any system.

Beleive it or not, id say all of my lenses were cheap when it comes to price, but i love them all

sigma dg macro f4-5.6 70-300mm is a great zoom lens for the price and i have gotten magnificant bokeh with it, best outdoor lens ive had yet
theres a sample.

i also have one of those "paper weight" takumars, but they are great if you know how to use them, they make really great portrait lenses
not bad for a paperweight to say the least this is stopped down to f2.5

hten theres the 50mm smc f1.7 but i dont guess thats considered a "junk" lens, but i got it for quite the bargain.
i believe this was either at 1.7

The M 75-150/4 is what I consider the most underrated Pentax lens. Mine was less than $30. I see them on eBay fairly often, but they still go cheap.

I found this Sears multicoated 135mm f/2.8 at a camera show for $5. Like all the 135's I've used, I think they take nice shots. I sold this one to a local student since I had a Takumar 135 F/2.5 and a Pentax SMC-A 135 F/2.8. I also sold the Tak so now I only have the Pentax left. Here's a shot with the Sears lens. Definitely worth $5!
