I believe "DG" indicates it is FF coverage. The Sigma site has more information.

I own this lens and it works very well on my k-1. It is FF. On my k-3 it had a severe front autofocus issue, 50-60mm was spot on, 40mm about -2 adjustment, 35mm a -4 and by 24mm about a -8 adjustment. I've found with the k-1 the problem is a lot less severe, spot on till about 35mm and only a -4 adjustment for 24mm. (From f5.6 down enough of the image is in focus that it is usable without the adjustment.) I tend to manual focus whenever possible and with spot focusing this lens is sharp at all apertures and has a pleasant bokeh, especially wide open. Color and contrast are nice also. It is very well built but rather heavy. I prefer to shoot with older M & A series primes for the weight and compact size but keep this in my bag for situations where I can only carry one lens with me. I find it a very reliable work horse and if I could only have a kit lens on the FF, this would be it. Images are still very nice with a 1.4TC to reach the 75-90mm range but the bulk and weight make this more of a challenge for the extra reach gained. Better to have a 70mm+ as a second lens.

I've tried one on my K-1 and it was very sharp and very fast focusing. Probably should have bought it.

Sample taken last week with this lens. 40mm f4, 1/60, 400iso. It is a heavy lens but very nice to have and performs just as well at all focal lengths. Don't miss the 60-70mm difference. Would think 200eu seems to be at the top end for this lens but well worth it for a good copy. Paid 200usd for mine a few years back.
