Hello from Maine.

I wonder if this is common ? Both my "DA 35 f/2.4" and "DA 50 f/1.8" needed a minus 10 AF fine adjustment inputted into my K-R.

I use this cheap but effective lens calibration card, $4 :

Lens Focus Calibration dslrkit | eBay

I was surprised that both my prime lenses were off by 10.

OK, thanks
Craig

Are those the "before" shots? Doesn't look like the lenses are off by much if so, I'd expect less than -10 to be needed.

Those were after minus 10 was applied to my K-R.

I'm not affiliated with any sellers, but I'd like to spread the word about that $4 tester.

I wonder if anyone else is finding their prime's focuses are off ?

Also, sorry I posted this in the wrong forum LOL.

I also wonder if it's my camera that is off, rather than my lenses ....

I was going to say, I think that's the case. I would have it looked at, if I were you.

Try the same lenses on another body, if you can, to verify.

AF adjust issues are always a match between specific lens + body pairs. I have one lens that requires very different AF adjust on 3 different bodies, for example. It can be a pain.
