Pentax-F 28-80 f/3.5-4.5 - disassembly / servicing?

I recently picked up two very cheap copies of this lens, and despite relatively average reviews here, I love it on my K-3.

One of the lenses has a damaged filter ring on the inner barrel but is otherwise good, while the other copy has a sticky aperture but otherwise no problems. If possible, I'd like to end up with one perfect lens from the two, or ideally two working copies. So, I'm looking for information on complete strip down and re-assembly. I've Googled it and have found partial strip-down info, but it is incomplete. Can anyone help?

Thanks in advance

Brian, that's exactly the sort of information I can use - many thanks. If I can do the barrel swap, I'd be delighted. I'll see if I can get the barrel removed on the sticky-aperture lens first... If the worst happens, at least my working lens won't be affected
