Pentax 70-200 AF

I have read the following in a description of the D FA* Pentax 70-200 lens, "A Direct Current (DC) autofocus motor benefits from an internal focusing design and delivers fast, smooth, and quiet focusing performance." I know that the statement mentions the internal focusing design and due to that statement I am basically eliminating the thought of any external barrel movement during AF, but I would like to ask if there is any external barrel movement at all associated with the lens AF just to make sure. I would also like to mention that the DC type AF seems to be a known reliable type of AF system per comments I have seen along with the new Pentax 24-70 AF system. They both seem like reliable, excellent performance lenses I have been considering.

There's no barrel movement due to AF or zooming
