Please help me identify if it's a fungus or not?

Hi Fellow Pentaxians!

Good day!

I just won a bid from Ebay for a Pentax-M SMC Macro 1:4 100mm lens and didn't notice that there are cloudy stuff in the front element in the photos provided. Since, I am still pretty new to photography and haven't experience nor seen what fungus and coating problems in the lens looks like, I have thought that this forum would be the best place ask. Here are the photos of the lens:
TIA!

kinda difficult to tell if it's haze, fungus, or just needs a good wipedown... any shots through the elements/glass?

Thank you very much for the feedback. I am still waiting for the lens to arrive this week though I will able to test it next week since I will be travelling on the weekend. I will post updates next week.

The doublet in this one is the back, so likely not separation. Looks like haze and is likely cleanable.
I do hope that it is just a haze.
