Just ordered a dirt cheap jupiter 9 on Ebay with tons of scratches

Just a few. This copy doesn't seem to focus at infinity, so they are all close ups...

I have a 44m that is sharper at infinity, but the bokeh isn't as good...

This actually makes me hopeful for the Jupiter. Looks quite good optically, looks pretty similar to my 44-2 which has super clean glass.

Same here! Images look like I use a diffusion or fog filter on the lens
