Pentax F135 2.8 vs Samyang 135 2.0

Which one would you pick for which reason?

I already own the Pentax F135 but I'm regularely attracted by the Samyang.

Has anyone had a chance to compare both lenses?

I much prefer the samyang.
It is a lot larger and manual focus....but optically the samyang is in a different league

Do you have an opinion on how it compares to the K 135 2.5 as well?

I had a K135 as well.
I do love the way the K135 renders, but the Samyang is sharper and handles aberrations better. Plus you can use use auto metering with the samyang as opposed to green button metering which I find a big plus.
Additionally, the Samyang has a much closer minimum focusing distance which really helps its versatility

Well you are a hard task master. Yes, the SMC-F135 has some purple fringing but it is sharp, AF, lightweight and autofocus is superfast. I personally think it is a great lens, in fact one of my favourites.

Here are some concert pictures with it although this does not show its bokeh characteristics. Given that it is equivalent to 200mm on a full frame be assured that the bokeh is great as well:
