I think this could be a new club!! My question is does anyone have a specific kit for certain situations? Does anyone use a specific body with certain lenses and why?

For example, I use my k200 for Takumars, K, and M Lenses only. I like the ccd sensor with the legacy glass. I also like using my K01 with these lenses too.

AF glass I use on the my K3.

Based on what I'm shooting I'll bring a kit with me.

I use a 645Z for Landscape / Portrait / Art Nudes etc, with a 150mm F2.8, a 45 -85 F4.5 and a 28 -45 F4.5 then the K1 comes out for anything fast with a Sigma 70 - 200 F2.4 a Pentax 150 - 450 for Wildlife and a Sigma 100 - 300 F4 as well, with a walkabout Pentax 24 - 70 F2.8 fitted.

I don't really think in terms of dividing my gear up into specific kits to be used exclusively with one particular camera. My Pentax gear is in three bags and what goes where is basically determined by when I got it; that is, I filled up one bag and then started on another. I've recently upgraded some of my gear so some newer stuff has now rotated into the oldest bag to replace what I'm selling off. That said, I do keep my two FA power zoom lenses (28-105 and 100-300) with my K10D since it was the first camera I got that would support the power zoom feature. My Samsung GX-20 supports power zoom as well but there isn't room for it in that bag. When I'm going out to shoot, I'll sometimes grab the bag that I think has the gear I'll need. But I've also got an extra bag that serves as my 'go' bag and I will pick a camera body and a couple of lenses to go into it, based on what I think I'll need for the occasion.
