Broken filter thread

I have a 75-300 mm lens with a broken filter thread. I noticed the tip has small screws, can the tip of the lens be replaced? What do I order?

Ricoh's policy is not to sell parts to end users. You would have to find an Authorized Seller or Repair center that would order the part for you. Precision Camera which is the only listed Authorized Repair Center in the US will not sell you parts.

You don't exactly say how its broken (bent?stripped?) but it's unlikely you'll be able to get the replacement part. It also seems it will be costly to get it fixed ( versus the value of the lens) so you might try gently and carefully gluing another thread on the front perhaps from a step ring or an old or broken filter (minus glass). It would be a cheap and easy fix.

If by broken, you mean bent, you may be able to fix it with a lens filter vise. ere is an example:
