Pentax 645 Tele Extender ( 1.4) compatibility

Will the Pentax 645 tele extender 1.4 work with most lenses or just with Pentax fixed lenses? I'm trying to find out if I can use it with a Sigma 105mm Macro and a Sigma 18-250 zoom (on a K3). I'm completely unfamiliar with this "lens" (yet...not a lens, lol). Thanks so much.

The 645 is a medium format system. You would need an adapter to use that tele-extender on a K-3, and a different adapter to mount a K-mount lens to the tele-extender itself.

This, and I'll add that I seriously doubt there is an adapter to put a k-mount lens on a 645 teleconverter. If there is I've never heard of it. If you're looking for a k-mount 1.4 teleconverter I'd recommend the HD 1.4 k-mount teleconverter
