haha yea, one more thing to mention is that many users have a lot of.. 35mm lenses. Or a lot of different, and even copies of the exact same, 50mm lenses. Or zoom lenses with a lot of overlap. Its nice that you resist this, but eventually it'll happen to you, too!

It much harder to sell a lens than to buy a lens.

I'd keep them all and add a nice Pentax M42 body to use those Takumar lenses with.

Sellers remorse can be avoided in one way - don't ever sell a lens because you have a different lens of similar focal length & aperture, only ever sell a lens because you've used it and found you don't like it, or you find yourself wishing you'd used another from your collection.

The only exception is if you get two lenses that are exactly the same - in that case test them for sharpness and sell the softer one, if there are any differences.
