Lens hood for Sigma 24-70 f2. 8 EX DG Macro

Hi everyone,

I bought this lens off ebay a few yrs back but it came with an 82mm universal hood. im looking for the original one but cant seem to find one anywhere. theres a few out there for the newer HSM version and was wondering if they fit on the older lens.

From a Sigma catalog I have (dated 2008), the proper lens hood is part LH875-02. The same hood is spec'd for the 20mm f/1.8 EX DG Aspherical RF. There are a couple on ebay right now.

Apparently, also available directly from Sigma:

Thanks. I checked like 2 weeks ago on ebay and amazon but didnt find a thing. still not available on ebay though checked the sigma site but its only US shipping. checked the european dealer but the hood isnt listed there.might have to email them

The seller is adorama - not sure what their shipping cost would be. The page is part English and part German, and I can't read the German part. Just search for "LH875-02".
