Something I'd want to see clarified is whether it's a stop-down lens or open-aperture-metered. A new-build 85mm soft-focus lens would be ideal as a gap-filler while we wait to see what Pentax turns out in that focal length, or for people who can't afford what the D-FA*85 is bound to cost.

It will be stopping down while setting the aperture I guess like the 56mm 1.6 velvet lens. Basicly a m42 lens but with a k-mount.
