Source for FA* 600 polarizer?

Can anyone recommend a reliable and reasonably affordable source for the drop-in polarizer for the FA* 600mm? (Pentax part number 35184.)

I attempted to purchase one about 2 months ago from World Link Japan but it never arrived. Googling for it only seems to turn up places that seem dubious or sketchy.

Sadly I think a little luck is involved with this- I'd watch places such as eBay, KEH, and even the marketplace. With these rare parts, if one wasn't bundled with your lens it can be really tough to track down.

Buy a general polarizer and have it modified for you.
This might be the only thing that covers both "reliable" and "affordable".

ceterum censeo: we need new glass for FF. Many focal lengths are not in the line up anymore, are based on film day designs, spare parts are not available anymore and often repair parts are missing as well.

Unless the holder itself is broken or missing, how about this:

Tiffen isn't the best brand to choose for high quality filters.
If you need 43mm C-PL, go for these B+W, Tokina, Hoya, Marumi, Heliopan or Kenko high quality filters.
