Any thoughts on this one?

Its manufactured by Komine (#28) and before Vivitar's adaptation of the red rim for their Series 1 lenses. Its just plain white lettering with a blue etched "VMC".

Never owned that specific lens, but I think that every Vivitar Series 1 lens made by Komine was top notch.

Heard lots of good things about Vivitar Series 1 lenses. One user here has a 70-210mm and snapped some great shots.

If you are considering buying one, make sure oil has not gotten onto the aperture blades. This is a common issue with this lens.

uh oh..haha forgot to ask the seller to check the aperture. I was too afraid someone was gonna snatch the lens (buy-it-now) and just bought it. I guess I'll find out.
